Ensure you understand new terminology. (For example: Topography means the natural form of the land)
Ask for help if you do not understand a concept.

English Language Arts Classes 8C, 8D and 8E
Students will soon begin a "Free Choice" project that will give them the opportunity to integrate all that they have learned about the key components of literature this year. Students will be choose between making a film, making a detailed presentation using technology, or writing an original narrative. This assignment is due for submission (viewing or presenting) on June 13th. Students will be expected to work on this for homework.
We will be sharing the final project results in class on Thursday and Friday this week (16th/17th June).
Social Studies Classes 8B and 8D
Students are currently working on Chapter 13 "Citizenship" in their Canadian Identity text books.
Students are required to submit their final assignment ( A one-page report on what they will do to be good citizens ) on Wednesday 15th June.
